The Agency provides debt collection services to businesses and individuals who are seeking to collect unpaid debts. The Agency's services include, but are not limited to, contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and taking legal action to collect debts.
The Agency charges a fee for its services, which is typically a percentage of the debt amount collected. The Agency will provide a detailed breakdown of all fees and charges associated with its services before starting work on an account.
The Agency will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the debtor's consent, except as required by law.
The Agency will make a good faith effort to validate any debts before attempting to collect them. If a debtor disputes the validity of a debt, the Agency will provide documentation to verify the debt.
The Agency will communicate with debtors through mail, phone, and email, depending on the debtor's preference and situation. The Agency will not engage in harassment or abusive communication with debtors.
The Agency may take legal action to collect a debt if necessary. The Agency will advise the debtor of any legal action being taken and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through arbitration.
The agency will not be liable for any damages resulting from our debt collection efforts or services.
These Terms will remain in effect until the debt is paid in full or the Agency's services are terminated by either party, with a written notice to the other party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time.
