16 years of experience in various fields of the banking & financial service industry. Career continued as Financial & Wealth Distribution Advisor; among others, focusing on Shariah compliance products under various Financial Platforms & Legacy Management companies.

Joined RD Recovery Asia Sdn Bhd in June 2022 as Director, Compliance & Marketing.

  • To oversee and manage the company’s core activities - i.e on guidelines, compliance regulations and ethical expectations of Banks & other Institutions.
  • To enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) capability - including to engage and market potential new ones.

How We Doing

Phone Calls

The debtors will be informed the accumulated interest and late charges, additional legal cost, adverse credit updates at CCRIS & CTOS - including possibility of being blacklisted.

Mail

Upon successful contact via phone call, then follow up by sending mailing slips to all known address. The method is cost effective and increases success rate.

Field Visit

Feild Visit ~ When necessary, continuous visits to all known addresses is done - be it house or office, in persuading them to make good on their debt.

  4. We are currently paperless, where all information is online and each Officer is provided with a Personal Computer and a head sets to make calls.
